Vitaria ("the App") is a personal health companion application operated by Creative Skyline Ltda. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the App.

By using Vitaria, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

3.3 Intake Records

  • Date and time of supplement intake
  • Dosage taken

3.4 Appointments

  • Appointment date, time, location, and notes

3.5 Doctor Information

  • Doctor name, specialty, phone number, email address, and office address

3.6 Documents

  • Uploaded medical documents and images (e.g. lab results, prescriptions)

4. How We Collect Data

All data is entered by you directly through the Vitaria iOS app. Data is synchronized to our servers via a secure API connection. We do not collect data from third-party sources, and we do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Vitaria health tracking and management service
  • Synchronizing your data between the iOS app and our servers
  • Enabling you to manage your supplements, appointments, doctors, and medical documents

We do not share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We protect your data through the following measures:

  • Encryption in transit: All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Authentication: Access to your data requires token-based authentication
  • Password hashing: Your password is stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and cannot be read in plain text

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data -- including supplements, intake records, appointments, doctors, and documents -- is permanently deleted from our servers. Account deletion is available through the App and is processed immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time
  • Correction: You can edit and update your data within the App
  • Deletion: You can delete individual records or your entire account
  • Data portability: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us

9. LGPD Compliance (Brazilian Data Protection)

In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados -- LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018), you are entitled to the following rights:
